Breakthrough supports you in addressing the root cause of your unhelpful self-talk, self-sabotaging behaviours, stagnation and unhealthy pleasing habits. Enabling you to live a life of your choosing - rather than based upon cultural, societal or family expectations. Leaving you feeling confident, worthy and living with authenticity and ease - without fear of judgement from others (or yourself!)
Breakthrough includes regular 1:1 sessions, support between sessions, plus lifetime access to an online portal containing training videos, workshops, recordings, interactive workbooks and more...enabling a FULL transformation in just 6 months.

ABOUT INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I offer therapy on a 1:1 basis. Whether you have been feeling sad, lonely, lost, anxious, or just not quite right, talking to a professional can help you to find ways to explore, process and understand your feelings.

I’ve found many people grow up having not been encouraged to open up and express their feelings – usually those which often cause distress. This can lead to feelings of overwhelm, emotional snapping, or a sense that everything is getting to be ‘too much’.
Working together within a safe and confidential environment, we will work through and process difficult feelings.
I will help you to build an inner resilience, develop compassion and provide you with the tools you need to achieve a resolution or reach your goals. I find therapy works at its best as a collaborative process. Working together to explore what is going on for you to develop understanding. The aim not being to give you the answers, but rather to help you discover them for yourself.
As a fully-qualified integrative therapist and coach, I’m trained in and draw upon a range of proven approaches so we can work in a bespoke way that best suits you – taking culture and intersectionality into account. These approaches include Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Solution-Focussed Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping).
During our work together, we’ll work together to explore what’s going on for you. Using reparative therapeutic tools and resources to help you to process and develop understanding; and coaching techniques as well as energy psychology to support you in making effective, long-term changes.
Whilst on-going therapy can be helpful to many, you may find that you have a specific issue that you'd like to focus on. In this case, you may find my Breakthrough Single Session Therapy fits the bill. This is a focussed session using the Personal Consultancy model (integrating therapy and coaching) to work through a specific issue as quickly as possible. You will be asked to complete a pre-session questionnaire and I will provide you with notes of the session via email following the session to help you to implement learnings.
